For French IT services firms

Sign non-EU talent.
Without carrying the risk.

StelarWork steps onto the contract, between your IT services firm and a freelancer based in Dubai, Bali or anywhere else. You sign with a French company: a single supplier, a single invoice, no international flows to handle.

One French supplier
One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.
Deliverables-based
Deliverables. Never staff on secondment.
Zero friction
VAT, KYC and international payment, handled.
The problem

The blocker was never the talent.

The profile is right for you. The snag is elsewhere: your procurement team has no way to onboard a foreign supplier without a French legal entity. No easy recourse, VAT to reverse-charge, an international transfer to justify — so the file stalls, and the mission goes to someone else.

Procurement
Onboarding a foreign supplier, with no process to do it.
Tax
VAT reverse charge, KYC, international funds transfers.
Legal
Recourse is near-impossible against an entity in Dubai or Bali.
Requirements
Recognised liability insurance and a dedicated business account, expected by default.
You're not turning down the freelancer. You're turning down the risk they carry.

That's exactly what StelarWork takes on — and charges for.

Frequently asked

What your procurement team will ask.

Are we exposed to a risk of unlawful labour lending or staff supply?+

Every mission is framed as a deliverables-based service: deliverables and milestones, never staff placed on secondment, and with no relationship of subordination between you and the freelancer. The framework agreement you sign with StelarWork is built for exactly this: it protects you as much as it commits us.

And if the deliverable isn't up to standard?+

Your counterpart remains a French supplier, accountable and covered by professional liability insurance. You never have to take action against an entity in Dubai or Bali: StelarWork carries that relationship through a mirror subcontracting agreement, and bridges the two.

Do we have to handle VAT or an international transfer?+

No. You receive a single French invoice, under reverse charge, handled by us. Paying the freelancer, the international flows and the KYC are our job, not yours.

What profiles, and based where?+

Tech freelancers genuinely settled and working remotely outside the EU: Dubai, Bali and elsewhere. We verify real residence at onboarding: no front arrangements, only services delivered remotely from abroad.

How long does contracting take?+

Once the mission and the freelancer are described, we come back to you with a ready-to-sign framework: framework agreement, purchase order, and the mirror agreement on the freelancer's side follow in sequence.
