The controller of the data collected on this site is StelarWork (a SASU in the process of incorporation), whose registered office is at 41 rue de Montponçon, 38500 Voiron, France. For any question: contact@stelarwork.com.

2. Data collected

This site has neither a form nor an account system. The only data processed is what you provide on your own initiative when you write to us at contact@stelarwork.com:

• your email address and your professional identity;
• information relating to your request (mission, freelancer profile, day rate, etc.).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your request and corresponding with you — basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
• Establishing, where applicable, a business relationship — basis: performance of a contract.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended solely for StelarWork staff. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email) acting on our behalf, with no reuse for other purposes.

5. Retention period

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, for prospecting or evidential purposes, unless you object.

6. Cookies and third-party services

This site sets no audience-measurement or advertising-tracking cookies.

The fonts used on this site are self-hosted on our servers. No data is transmitted to Google or any third party when the fonts load.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them: contact@stelarwork.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Security

StelarWork implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
